KBZ Haan maintains a wide range of contacts with other training and healthcare organisations. In addition to intensive dialogue, we are actively involved in the development of training courses by participating in various committees and associations.

Bundling competences

The two shareholders of the Katholisches Bildungszentrum Haan GmbH are the Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft der Franziskanerinnen zu Olpe (GFO) as the sponsor of the GFO Kliniken Mettmann-Süd, with the St. Martinus Krankenhauses in Langenfeld and St. Josefs Krankenhaus Hilden, and Alexianer GmbH.

In our training centres, practical instructors accompany and guide the trainees. However, we as a school are also in close contact with the practical training areas, so that the theoretical and practical training is very well coordinated. Our teaching staff visit the trainees on site to accompany and advise them.

Numerous clinics, retirement homes, outpatient care services and other inpatient care facilities in the vicinity of Haan, e.g. in Solingen, Hilden, Langenfeld, Monheim, Leverkusen, Wuppertal, Düsseldorf and many more are among our training centres.
