Our mission is to guarantee qualified training as a nursing specialist or nursing assistant. We see our social and Christian mission as teaching values and skills that enable trainees to take responsibility in their profession.

We place people and their personalities at the centre of our actions and encounters. In doing so, we are guided by the Christian view of humanity. We see each person as an independent personality and show them our appreciation. We impart professional knowledge and skills and promote tolerance and care in a charitable sense through our role model function.

We strive for efficient learning success throughout the entire training programme. To achieve this, we use modern teaching materials and learning methods, teach key competences and promote networked thinking and action. We pay attention to the development of holistic and advanced learning. We promote personal development and create the conditions for a sense of achievement that motivates and strengthens personal and professional self-esteem.

Our training centre should be a place of learning and cooperation: a place where everyone feels comfortable, where consideration and helpfulness are valued, where opinions are expressed openly and where all those involved in theoretical and practical training treat each other fairly and respectfully and support each other.

The school management ensures that the training objective is achieved through organised, economical and structured work and through quality management measures. We are aware that our actions have a positive influence on the reputation of our profession. We pursue an active, open information policy and promote awareness of our training centre through cooperation with authorities, practical locations, professional associations and other schools. We are actively present in public and in the social life of the region.

We ensure a high level of quality in the training programme by focusing on the latest findings in nursing science, medicine and other related sciences such as psychology, as well as practice- and patient-oriented teaching.
